If there is a good looking girl it's customary for Andhra people to say she looks like "Baapu Geesina Bomma". This is the greatness of BAPU, the versatile director of Tollywood. He made our Telugu film "Saakshi" to screen in Tashkent film festival, which was the most successful achievement besides many in his life.His long spell in Tollywood has several milestones. He won national awards for movies like "Sampoorna Ramayanam" and "Mutyla Muggu" for his creativity and characterization. Mullapudi Venkata Ramana's witty words coupled with Bapu's sentences will become pearls in the scripts.Bapu also directed more than10 hindi movies. Some of the best movies from Bapu are Seeta Kalyanam, Shri Rajeswari Vilas Coffee Club , Bhakta Kannappa, Pelli Pustakam, Mr. Pellam , Srinatha Kavi Saurvabhouma.Recently Bapu directed a movie Radha Gopalam on Anjana Productions presented by Naga Babu B/o Chiranjeevi, It is reliably learnt that producers not paid remnuneration to Bapu and they told him movie's budget crossed the limit and they will pay after the release but they never paid him.It is very sad to see director like Bapu did'nt get the remneration. Chiranjeevi acted in the movies like Manavuri Pandavulu and Mantri Gari Viyyankudu directed by Bapu and his own brother Nagababu not paid the remuneration and his another brotherSrikanth acted in that movie(Chiranjeevi used to tell Srikanth also his brother)
